Were you born British, and didn’t know?
Almost every day we come across clients who did not know they were born with British nationality, or the option to register as British and then apply for the passport.
Back in the day, it wasn’t as necessary for us to hold dual or multiple passports as border laws were less strict. But in today’s world, holding a second passport is like a new currency. Not just for relocation purposes but more so for those who travel often and want to avoid the painstaking visa application process each time.
Here is how you can check...
If you’ve got a parent born in the UK or Ireland, you’re probably British/Irish already, and you just need to apply for the passport which is merely your travel document.
In some cases, it’s not that simple, as they take many factors into account – sometimes clients have to register as British first before applying for the passport.
So how do I find out if I can qualify?
In ALL cases, it’s best to check with one of our consultants how you qualify and what you do qualify for – we’ll let you know free of charge, and with no obligation to proceed.
